Setup & Filling

Remove From Bag

Remove the machine and wrap from the carry bag provided.

Open the Tank

Open the lid of the water and ice tank.

Fill With Ice & Water

Fill the tank first with ice up to the designated line, then add water above the minimum line.

Close the Tank

Close the lid of the water and ice tank.

Connect the Tubing

Connect the tubing to the unit and to the wrap of your choice.

Powering On & Settings

Power On

Insert the power source. Press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds — a welcome message will light up on screen.

Choose Time & Pressure

Select your cycle time (20, 40, or 60 minutes) and pressure level (High, Mid, or Low). Use + to increase and − to decrease, and view the water temperature on screen.

Wrap & Start

Strap the wrap to the area you want to treat, then press the play/pause button to start the cycle.

Always turn off after use by pressing the on/off button for 5 seconds, then remove the plug from the mains.

General Instructions

  • It is recommended that you use the machine for up to 4 sessions a day for the most effective recovery. The ideal session length is 20–40 minutes, with a minimum of 2 hours between sessions.
  • The recommended temperature for best recovery is between 6–15°C. If the temperature displayed is below 12°C, use a suitable barrier between your skin and the wrap (e.g. tubigrip, leggings).
  • Common practice is to use the low compression setting for the first 24–48 hours after surgery, increasing to medium–high settings after this period.
